Tanzania’s wildlife is legendary, with game and birds thriving in spectacular abundance, ensuring your safari is truly memorable. For those who value comfort without the extravagance of luxury, this 3 Days Tanzania Mid-Range Safari offers a perfect blend of spectacular wildlife, breathtaking scenery, and quality accommodations that provide coziness and value—all while preserving the authentic spirit of a Tanzanian adventure.

This safari delivers an enriching experience with a touch of indulgence, combining the wild’s traditional allure with comfortable, well-appointed stays that cater to your needs without breaking the bank.

This 3-day Tanzania mid-range safari takes you to three of the country’s most beautiful wildlife havens: Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park. Ideal for those with limited time, this short safari minimizes travel between destinations, maximizing your time in the parks. It’s the perfect option for an authentic Tanzanian safari experience with comfortable stays and ample wildlife viewing in just three days.

  • Lake Manyara National Park: Start in this enchanting park, famous for its shimmering lake adorned with millions of pink flamingos. Nestled between a forested route and the Great Rift escarpment, it’s home to tree-climbing lions and over 400 bird species, enjoyed from a cozy mid-range lodge.
  • Ngorongoro Crater: Next, explore the world’s largest intact caldera, a 265 sq. km bowl framed by 600m walls. Brimming with rhinos, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, lions, and hyenas, it’s a Big Five hotspot, paired with a comfortable crater-side accommodation.
  • Tarangire National Park: Conclude in this lesser-visited gem, where baobab and acacia trees frame plains teeming with zebras, elephants, giraffes, and waterbuck. Its exclusivity and seasonal elephant herds shine through in a mid-range lodge or tented camp.
  • Starting Point and Ending Point: Arusha
  • Duration: 3 days / 2 nights
  • Accommodation: Mid-range lodges or tented camps with comfortable amenities

Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its huge population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard.
